Over the past several years, we have developed a wonderful relationship with Paul and Candace Coughlin of Companion Pet Services, Inc. We have had many clients with obedience issues regarding their canine companions. These include basic obedience, puppy training, behavioral modifications involving destruction, digging, housebreaking, chewing, crate training and barking.

Paul Coughlin has proved to be a valuable instructor for the City of Largo and the Recreation, Parks and Arts Department. Paul is one of the most professional people I have ever worked with. He is dependable, punctual and reliable. It is obvious that Paul truly enjoys the work he does and his enthusiasm for helping people with their pets is infectious. Aside from his professional attitude, Paul is a great person all around. He is honest and open, always willing to discuss issues and concerns in a professional manner. With his time as an instructor with the City of Largo, Paul has built trust and admiration from his supervisors and participants and he won the Contractual Instructor of the Quarter in May 2005. In my opinion, Paul has gone above and beyond with the classes he offers for the residents of Largo and he has really provided a community service, a high quality in demand class. Any organization would be truly blessed to have Paul Coughlin working for them and he will be greatly missed by me and the City of Largo.

Paul and Candace Coughlin have been working with Largo Recreation, Parks and Arts for over five years. Paul has a great reputation in Pinellas County as an excellent dog trainer. Both Paul and Candace have been awarded "Instructors of the Quarter" several times through Largo Recreation. We are pleased to have them as instructors. They have brought a lot of happiness to people and their pets. Those that take their advanced classes usually get involved in other activities too, such as, parades, demonstrations, and parties. It's not only instruction for the Coughlin's, it's a life style.
